At the Acoustics Group we believe in working on cutting edge applied research. This is driven by new legislation, standards, techniques or equipment. On the 22nd August 2023 Professor Stephen Danc presented his research at Inter-Noise 2023, Tokyo. His presentation and paper entitled, "Acoustics of Sitzprobe Rehearsals (at the Royal Opera House)". He thanked the Masters' students who helped with the measuremenet at 7am and showed how analysis assisted in designing noise control solutions.
