At the Acoustics Group we believe in working on cutting edge applied research. This is driven by new legislation, standards, techniques or equipment. On the 9th May 2023 for the 9th year LSBU welcomed this year's cohort of IOA Certificate of Competence in Environmental Noise Assessment students. Dr Luis Gomez Agustina lead the team to deliver the one week short course involving Professor Stephen Dance, Dr Hyun Lim and Dr Haydar Aygun. We hope they enjoyed their first taste of acoustics and will come back for more!
