The Acoustics Group recently purchased a Norsonic Nor150 dual channel sound analyser. This will provide a backup to our existing Norsonic Nor121 analyser. In addition, we have purchased the Nor1290 sound intensity probe which will be used to assess sound power output in accordance to ISO 9614. We hope the apprentices and students make good use of the kit and please don't break this delicate instrument!
