Masters students present to institute of Acoustics London Branch

On the evening of the 12th November 2025 at London South Bank University three Masters students from the MSc in Environmental and Architectural Acoustics programme presented their dissertation research projects. This annual event organised by the Institute of Acoustics allowed Antonella Bevilacqua to present her work on options to improve the acoustics of the Royal Festival Hall. She was followed by Rozhin Naeemaee on the sound from clappers as an alternative source for room acoustic measurements. Finally, Alexandra Timageni gave a talk on her thesis on how to improve a listed heritage event space at the National Technical University of Athens through complex computer simulations. The event was hosted by Course Leader Dr Haydar Agyun and as ever ended up in the pub!
