At the Acoustics Group we believe in working on cutting edge applied research. This is driven by new legislation, standards, techniques or equipment. On the 23rd February 2023 the acousticians studying at LSBU visited the Royal Opera House to see behind the scenes. Steven Foulston and Alexandra Lucas hosted the IOA Diploma and MSc in Environemntal and Architectural Acoustics. The students enjoyed the field trip, the acoustics of the various audiotroria, and the beautiful views offered from the terrace!
