At the Acoustics Group we believe in working on cutting edge applied research. This is driven by new legislation, standards, techniques or equipment. Over three days in May 2022 hearing assessments have been undertaken for the Royal College of Music by Prof Stephen Dance and Dr Rob Shepheard. The work combined audiometry testing and otoacoustic emission assessment to help the students with their hearing conservation programme.
