Secured Industry Sponsored PhD in Acoustics

On 30^th January 2019 a future research collaboration between LSBU Acoustics group and two industrial partners (Imtech and Nuaire) was formally established at a meeting event organised and hosted at LSBU by Dr Luis Gomez-Agustina.  The research will investigate the acoustic properties of ventilation acoustic ducts and it will be conducted through a part time PhD programme due to start in April 2019. The collaboration is the fruit of many months of intense preparations by the future PhD candidate and LSBU- IOA Diploma ex-student Suzana Zekic and Dr Luis Gomez-Agustina. The meeting event also included a tour of LSBU facilities and a canteen lunch, both highly praised by the industrial partners.
