DARLAB and the Acoustics Group win project with Titan Reality

 

The Digital Robotics lab together with the Acoustics Group have been awarded £73000 by Keep+ to work with Titan Reality. Titan Reality is seeking to develop a range of novel and superior acoustic treatment solutions for architecture with on-demand fabrication services. The new design and fabrication digital workflow is based on science driven design using acoustic properties and algorithms, parametric design and innovations in on-demand robotics fabrication.



Acoustics Group at IOA Sound Power Conference

On 14 March Bob and Luis attended the IOA one conference on Sound Power measurements in Northampton. Bob was the first one presenting of the day. He covered in a  engaging manner  the fundamental theory of sound power and sound  intensity determination. Practical demonstrations and networking followed in the afternoon.
