Student presentations at the Institute of Acoustics
On the 17th April 2013 MSc students Shane Sugrue and Rob Burrell each presented their dissertation to the Institute of Acoustics London branch meeting. Rob began with an overview of privacy in cellular offices before moving on to the new ISO 3382-3 standard on open plan offices including distraction and privacy considerations. Shane presented his work on objective and subjectively categorising different venues in terms of suitability for choral singing. The picture shown is of Shenzhen Concert Hall.
