On Thursday 12th June 2009, Keith Chapman of rooftop-turbines sized up the Tower Block of London South Bank University for a Proven 6 kW turbine. Although mobile phone masts are located on the 8 storey concrete building, is was deemed possible to mount the urbine. We'll be monitoring noise, vibration and structural stresses, so I hope it stays up!

Sizing up a LSBU Rooftop for an urbine
On Thursday 12th June 2009, Keith Chapman of rooftop-turbines sized up the Tower Block of London South Bank University for a Proven 6 kW turbine. Although mobile phone masts are located on the 8 storey concrete building, is was deemed possible to mount the urbine.
